В Швеции был установлен самый высокий в мире ветрогенератор, основные элементы которого выполнены из деревянных материалов. Размещенный неподалеку от шведского города Скар, ветряк имеет высоту башни 105 метров, а общая высота, включая концы лопастей, также составляет 105 метров.
При строительстве башни было задействовано более 200 елей, и компания-стартап утверждает, что количество посаженных деревьев превышает число использованных.
